El Centro para una Nueva Economía (CNE) es el principal think tank independiente y no partidista de Puerto Rico, fundado en 1998. Es una fuente constante de análisis e investigación en políticas públicas, que contribuye a los debates públicos con propuestas basadas en datos y políticas sensatas que mejoran la calidad de vida en Puerto Rico. El CNE es una organización sin fines de lucro 501(c)(3) que no acepta financiamiento del gobierno y depende únicamente del apoyo de individuos, instituciones privadas y organizaciones filantrópicas; las donaciones son deducibles de impuestos según las leyes federales y de Puerto Rico aplicables.
